I have been active in legal and financial translations since 2005. Most of the time I work for leading international and Russian law firms, which consult clients in all industries on a wide range of legal matters. For over 10 years of such cooperation I have mastered translations of virtually all types of legal and financial documents. I have translated around 6 million words of legal and financial texts.
I translate legal documents:
- from English into Russian
- from Spanish into Russian
- from Russian into English and
- from Spanish into English.
In 2001 I graduated with honours from the Moscow State Linguistic University specialising in Economics with the knowledge of English and German languages. I spent an academic year in the USA as an exchange student.
I hold a C2 Proficiency or CPE certificate in English issued by the Cambridge University. I learned Spanish myself and was awarded a B2 diploma in Spanish from the Institute of Cervantes in Moscow. And I also hold a B1 certificate in German issued by the Goethe Institute. You can see my education documents and CV in Documents.
My overall work record goes to 23 years, most of which I worked as an employee at leading law firms (White & Case LLC, Latham & Watkins LLP and Pepeliaev Group LLC), where I worked not only as a translator and interpreter but also at senior positions in accounting, finances and taxes. This experience helps me a lot in translating financial documents.
I am a member of the International Association of Professional Interpreters and Translators (IAPTI), which is an additional guarantee of my credibility. You can see my IAPTI profile here and check my IAPTI certificate here.
I am registered as Individual Entrepreneur (sole trader). This means that your company will not have to pay any taxes on my fees. You can see my sole trader registration certificate here.
You can place an order and receive a translation at night or over the weekend. Whenever possible, I will accept this order and deliver the translation by the start of business.
In my work I strive, first and foremost, to translate accurately the meaning of the document while avoiding literal translations. The finished document should be clear for the reader and sound naturally. I always check my translations at least twice to reduce the possibility of a mistake or inaccuracy.
I am always online and check emails regularly. I strictly follow the deadlines agreed with the client and maintain confidentiality of all the information and documents received from the client. I am an advanced PC user and can format a document easily to match the original.
I love my work and enjoy what I do.
I am looking forward to working with you!
